Valentyna Breskku

September 4, 1987 - October 20, 2020

A beloved daughter, sister, godmother and a friend, Valentyna Breskku, 33, left this world on October 20, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She fought so fearlessly and inspired so many with her incredible spirit. Despite tremendous life challenges that crossed her path, she always kept the brightest smile on her face. She was born on September 4, 1987 in Truskavec, Ukraine, the daughter of Olha and Valeriy Breskku. She was the youngest, but always the bravest. Preceded in death by her father, Valeriy Breskuu, she leaves behind her mother Olha, sister Julia, mother Natalia, god son Ivan, goddaughter Sofia, Masha, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Even though Valentyna was taken too soon, she lived an extraordinary life surrounded by people who adored her. She was the most loving and caring godmother not only to her god children, but to all the children around her. Beautiful soul, incredible fighter, she led by example and always helped everyone in need. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the funeral home at the below address: 2009 Mermaid Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11224 We cannot imagine the day without calling her, seeing her, laughing, and crying with her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Valentyna can be made to the Cancer Society, Animal Shelters or Pet Rescue organizations of your choosing.
